- Mandatory Insurance: All international orders exceeding $100 USD include mandatory shipping insurance. This covers loss, theft, or total destruction during transit.
- Damaged Arrivals: If an item arrives broken due to transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of both the damaged item and the external shipping box are required for insurance claims.
- Customs & Seizures: We are not responsible for items seized or delayed by local customs (e.g., restricted herbs or woods). It is the customer's responsibility to verify local import laws before ordering.
