 Xango Ritual Store: New Customer FAQ


Q: How long will it take to get my ritual supplies?
Standard items typically ship within 1–3 business days. If you ordered custom or consecrated items, please allow 3–5 business days for our practitioners to properly prepare and align your tools before they are dispatched.


Q: Will anyone know what I’m ordering from the outside of the box?
No. We prioritize your privacy with discreet packaging. All orders arrive in plain, neutral boxes with the sender listed as "XRS Logistics." No ritual descriptions or brand names are visible on the exterior.


Q: What happens if my items arrive damaged?
We offer a 60-day warranty (180 days for international) on all physical tools. If an item arrives broken, contact us at 702.900.3257 or customer.services@xangoritualstore.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage for a replacement or store credit.


Q: Can I return a candle or ritual oil if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of ritual work and safety regulations, consumable items (candles, oils, herbs) cannot be returned once the original seal is broken or the item has been used.


Q: Are your products safe to use around pets or children?
Many of our products are flammable or contain concentrated oils. Always use ritual tools on heat-resistant surfaces, never leave burning items unattended, and keep oils stored in a cool, dark place out of reach of children and pets.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Please note that international customers are responsible for all local import duties and taxes.


Q: How do I handle a payment dispute?
We ask that you contact our support team directly to resolve any issues. We strictly contest fraudulent chargebacks for custom items using the signed acceptance forms provided at the time of purchase.
