Xango Ritual Store: Shipping & Handling Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Items: Orders for in-stock ritual tools and supplies are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom/Consecrated Items: Hand-carved or custom-blended items require an additional 3–5 business days for preparation and spiritual alignment before shipment.
- Service Hours: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding major holidays.
2. Handling & Packaging
- Ritual Integrity: All items are cleansed and secured in protective packaging to prevent physical damage and energetic interference during transit.
- Fragile Goods: Glass chalices, crystals, and ceramics are double-wrapped. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable fill whenever possible.
- Handling Fees: A flat handling fee may apply to oversized ritual altars or heavy stone statuary to cover specialized crating.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
- Carriers: We primarily utilize USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic deliveries.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be issued via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.
- International: We ship to most countries; however, customers are responsible for all import duties and customs fees. We cannot ship restricted botanical items to certain regions.
4. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
- Address Accuracy: XRS is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Delayed Transit: While we provide estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to potential carrier delays or weather.
- Lost/Stolen Items: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please contact us at 702.900.3257 within 48 hours to initiate a carrier investigation.
5. Returns of Shipped Goods
- Please refer to our XR-WARR-2026-01 policy for details on damaged or defective items. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an XRS processing error.
XRS Policy Addition: Discreet Packaging & Privacy
1. Privacy Standard Xango Ritual Store respects the privacy of your spiritual practice. To ensure your items arrive without drawing undue attention:
- Neutral Exterior: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or standard carrier-branded mailers (e.g., USPS Priority Mail or FedEx) that provide no indication of the contents.
- Minimalist Labeling: The shipping label will display the sender as "XRS Logistics" or a generic abbreviated name rather than "Xango Ritual Store" to maintain discretion during transit and delivery.
2. Item Descriptions
- Internal Packing Slips: While internal invoices list specific ritual items for your records, they are placed inside the sealed package and are not visible from the exterior.
- Customs Declarations: For international orders, we are legally required to provide a general description of contents for customs clearance. In these cases, we use neutral, high-level categories such as "Aromatic Wood," "Home Decor," or "Glassware" to satisfy legal requirements while protecting your privacy.
3. Secure Delivery Options: For customers who prefer not to have ritual supplies delivered to their primary residence:
- Hold for Pickup: We support USPS Hold for Pickup and FedEx/UPS Redirect to Retail services, allowing you to collect your package at a secure local facility.
- P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for an added layer of delivery privacy.
4. Data Confidentiality: All personal information provided for shipping is subject to our strict confidentiality agreements and is only shared with shipping partners for the sole purpose of fulfilling your request.
