Xango Ritual Store: Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns: To ensure the purity and quality of our ritual supplies, returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Unopened Items: Standard, non-consumable items (e.g., unopened ritual tools, decorative altar pieces, or textiles) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Original Condition: All returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging and include all parts, accessories, and printed materials.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all return requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or ritual integrity:
- Opened Consumables: Ritual oils, incense, herbs, baths, and candles cannot be returned once the original seal is broken.
- Custom or Consecrated Items: Any tool that has been custom-carved, personalized, or spiritually consecrated specifically for the customer.
- Personal Use Items: Intimate apparel or used ritual robes.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods: If an item arrives damaged, do not initiate a standard return:
- Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
- Resolution: We will provide a replacement or store credit for verified manufacturing faults or transit damage.

4. Return Process & Fees
- Authorization: Email customer.services@xangoritualstore.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by XRS.
- Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected (typically within 48–72 hours), a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
